Keep Custom Boxes owns all content used for the creation of our products. The materials are not sold to third parties. Keep Custom Boxes also has the authority to distribute free samples or showcase the quality of its products in any way it deems appropriate.

To successfully receive ordered products, users must provide accurate information. The website is intended for human use only; automated usage is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of the website will be deemed unlawful, and Keep Custom Boxes reserves the right to take legal action.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that Keep Custom Boxes can create custom products on your behalf. You also confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As all orders are custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If Keep Custom Boxes determines that an error occurred on our part, we will reprint the order at no cost. No refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.

If you identify an error with your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. Any claims for defects must be supported with proof and reviewed by our quality assurance team. Customers must return defective products, at their own expense, within 7 business days to qualify for a reprint.

Rush order fees are non-refundable.

PAYMENT, ORDER PLACEMENT & CANCELLATIONS

All prices listed on the website are in USD. Payments must be made in the same currency via approved payment methods. Production begins only after full payment, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, has been received.

Orders include the submission of a final design proof in electronic format. Once you approve the proof, the project is sent to production and cannot be altered.

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval with a cancellation fee of $50 plus 10% of the total order amount.
  
• Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 50% fee to cover production costs, but Keep Custom Boxes does not guarantee cancellation after this point.

PRODUCTION SPEED, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production time begins only after proof approval and payment confirmation. Orders approved before 10 AM CST will enter production the same day.

Standard production turnaround is 10–12 business days, while expedited production is 6–8 business days plus 2–3 days for shipping.

Keep Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or factors outside our control.

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier. Any incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in additional shipping and handling fees.

NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

Keep Custom Boxes is not responsible for errors in the final product resulting from:

• Spelling or grammar mistakes
  
• Incorrect fonts, graphics, punctuation, or dielines
  
• Cropping marks or cracks in folds
  
• Overprinting errors
  
• Differences in product size caused by production tolerances

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Keep Custom Boxes and its affiliates, employees, and vendors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from the use of this website or any products or services provided.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
