Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Keep Custom Boxes, every order is custom-made specifically for each client. Because of this, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Refund Policy

  • All payments made for custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be issued if Keep Custom Boxes determines that the error was caused by us. In such cases, we will either:
    • Reprint the order at no additional cost, or
    • Provide a refund for the incorrect portion of the order (at our discretion).
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Errors in designs approved by the customer (spelling, grammar, fonts, colors, sizes, etc.).
    • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or any factors outside our control.
    • Rush order fees, shipping fees, or additional service charges.

2. Reprint Policy

  • If you discover an issue with your order, you must notify Keep Custom Boxes within 3 business days of receiving it.
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the defect for review.
  • If approved, the defective products must be returned (at the customer’s expense) within 7 business days to be eligible for a reprint.
  • Reprints will only be made for the exact original specifications—no changes or modifications will be allowed.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of proof approval.
    • A cancellation fee of $50 plus 10% of the total order value will apply.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the total order amount to cover production and resource costs.
  • Once an order has entered production, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be subject to review.
  • Rush orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

4. Order Approval Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all digital proofs prior to production. Keep Custom Boxes is not liable for any errors overlooked in the approved proof.
