1. Shipping Regions
- We provide free shipping within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
- For all other international regions, a minimal shipping fee applies, calculated during checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other reliable couriers, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your custom boxes.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been produced and dispatched.
- Production time is separate and starts only after design proof approval and payment confirmation.
- Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost upon request.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance.
4. Taxes & Duties
We do not charge any additional taxes or duties. However, if your country’s laws require payment of customs duties or import taxes, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy & Reshipment
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If an incorrect address results in a return or failed delivery, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for reshipment.
- Keep Custom Boxes is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work diligently to meet all delivery timelines, Keep Custom Boxes is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Courier or carrier delays
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
- Any other circumstances beyond our direct control
If a delay occurs from our side due to production issues, we will notify you promptly.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
- If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
